MD Beaty Clinic Cancellation & No-Show Policy
To respect the time of both our team and clients, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling.
A $100 no-show fee will apply to missed appointments without sufficient notice, up to a maximum of three occurrences. After three no-shows, we will require the full cost of the scheduled treatment to be charged moving forward.
The $100 fee will be applied to your next appointment. We truly appreciate your understanding as we work to provide the best experience for all of our clients.
