Let’s face it, budgetary concerns are super real—especially these days, when the cost of everything seems to just constantly be inching its way up. So we totally get and feel you, when as much as you’d love to keep up all your in clinic wrinkle treatments, it might not always be in the budget.

Honestly, we don’t want you to feel stressed when you’re coming in for a treatment because you’re concerned about the cost. That’s why we offer free consults, so we can talk it all out first before you commit to anything: your budget, your schedule, and the best treatment plan for your skin goals.

Not every treatment is or has to be crazy expensive. Here are some of our favourite wrinkle treatments that won’t cost a fortune.

Botox Can Be Affordable

Ok, so admittedly, Botox is not super budget friendly. However, what happens a lot is that people try to save money by testing out TikTok trends that don’t work, ultimately spending more money in the end than they would on something that’s been scientifically proven to reap a whole lot of benefits in the wrinkle department.

What we’re saying is that even if it’s more expensive, have a treatment that’s actually going to work for you and give you long term results. It will save you money in the long run.

Botox doesn’t have to break the bank. It all really depends on a whole bunch of factors. At MD Beauty Clinic, Botox costs $12/unit. How many units you need is dependent on what you are getting treated, how strong your muscles are, etc. So for example, a really common area of concern are the forehead lines. Typically, if you’re just treating the forehead you might need anywhere from 4-12 units, which can be a totally reasonable expense every 3-4 months.

Of course, if you’re looking to treat a number of different areas, then you might be looking at 30-60 units per treatment. That might be a little heavier on your budget, so in that case we can discuss and prioritize certain areas over others.

It’s true that some people might need 100 units, but this is typically only when we are using it off label. In other words, for indications other than wrinkles, for instance, platysmal bands, the chin, or the gummy smile.

Also keep in mind, that over time, especially if you’ve been getting Botox treatments for years, the time between treatments will actually become longer, as your muscles become trained into making fewer and fewer movements.

High Quality Skincare is Worth It

TBH, skincare is not going to be able to achieve anywhere near what Botox can in terms of wrinkles. It’s just not! And don’t let anyone tell you otherwise. Now we’re not knocking high quality skincare, absolutely never. A healthy at home skincare routine is key to keeping up your in clinic treatment results.

We are always all about the combination approach when it comes to keeping your skin healthy and gorgeous. Botox addresses wrinkles yes, but it won’t address skin texture, hyperpigmentation, or acne.

For these types of skin concerns and for improving your overall skin integrity combining a great at home skincare routine with your Botox treatments or any other in clinic treatments will create an overall more youthful appearance to the skin, not to mention really step up and even maybe extend your in clinic treatment results.

Cost Effective Dermal Fillers

Depending on what wrinkles are concerning for you, dermal fillers are usually pretty budget friendly as they can last anywhere from 6-12 months, depending on how quickly your body tends to metabolize them.

Dermal fillers are great for anyone looking to address fine lines and wrinkles, and for anyone who can use a little more volume and moisture in the face. Dermal fillers are also great at filling our any deep facial folds, or lifting areas that tend to sag or jowl.

The Forma Facial

We also love the Forma Facial, both for fine lines and wrinkles but also if you’re concerned about your budget. Forma is just one of those treatments that you can totally tailor to your needs and budget. You can really get as much or as little out of it as you want.

Some people come in for just a one off treatment before a big event just to get that snatched look. You really have a glowy, firm result after Forma.

If you’re looking to really combat those fine lines and wrinkles, and really see some skin tightening action then you can purchase a package of 6 treatments. Again, it really just depends on what you’re looking to achieve within your budget.

Affordable Peel Treatments

Our Miracle 10 facial peels won’t break the bank, and again can totally be tailored to both your skin and budgetary concerns. That being said, peels are more in line with a good at home skincare routine, in that they’re not going to address wrinkles like Botox or dermal fillers will.

They will however, help with concerns like skin texture, acne, hyperpigmentation, melasma, and if you don’t necessarily have any of these issues, they will ultimately keep your skin in tip top smooth and glowy shape.

Peels, like high quality skincare, are great to combine with more aggressive wrinkle treatments to not only really boost that result, but again maybe just extend it a tad, relieving your budget by just that little bit.

Our main recommendation is ultimately to just come for a consult and let us know your budget! We’ll deliver a treatment plan that suits your skin… and your wallet ☺
